As you arrive, the gentle sound of flowing water and soft lighting create a calm, grounding atmosphere. Settle in, get comfortable, and enjoy a cup of tea before the session begins.

For those looking to simply unwind, our sound bath sessions invite you to lie down and be immersed in the vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs and chimes. The sound gently guides the body into a deeply restorative state, helping the nervous system settle and the mind become quiet.

We also offer rhythmic breathwork sessions designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional release. These sessions combine guided breathing practices with moments of reflection and journalling, offering a space to reconnect with yourself and release what you’ve been holding.
